Personal data is erased or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies or a statutory retention period expires.

3. Server log files

Each time our website is accessed, our system automatically collects data and information from the accessing system:

  • IP address of the requesting device (where applicable, shortened)
  • Date and time of access

The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose of collection.

4. Hosting

Our website is hosted by a service provider that processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Processing serves the secure and efficient operation of our online offering (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

  • Email address
  • Role (manufacturer or brand)
  • Description of your project
  • Time of submission and technical metadata for abuse prevention

To prevent spam and automated submissions, we apply a technical limit on the number of submissions per period; a pseudonymized value is stored for this purpose.

You can configure your browser to reject or delete cookies. This may result in limited functionality.

7. Disclosure of data

Your personal data is transferred to third parties only where this is necessary to perform a contract, where a legal obligation exists, where you have consented, or where disclosure is necessary to protect legitimate interests and no overriding interest of yours prevails.

Service providers processing data on our behalf (e.g. hosting and email delivery services) are contractually bound in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

8. Storage period
